DSC 2025 - Submission guidelines

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND DECISION 

Abstracts should be written in English with a maximum of 300 words. Please use our  Abstract Template (download) for this purpose. All templates can be downloaded from the University's website dedicated to the Conference. 

Manuscripts must not have been published before, must not be under review for any other conference or publication, and must be submitted in both Word or Word-compatible and PDF formats according to the submission guidelines and our  Manuscript Template (download). Both abstracts and manuscripts should be sent to:
conference@sois-ft.hr.  

All manuscripts will be subjected to a blind review process. The Conference Chairs will make the final decision to accept or reject a paper based on the International Editorial Board's evaluation.  

For papers accepted as posters, authors must create and print a poster to be exhibited during the Conference. Posters must follow an A1 or A2 vertical format. The Conference will include work sessions where posters are presented and discussed orally, with a 7-minute limit per poster. 

Authors of accepted papers will have 15 minutes to present their work in a Conference Work Session, followed by a 5-minute discussion period.
